New Jersey Gov. Jon S. Corzine signed a $32.9 billion fiscal year 2009 state budget into law on Monday afternoon, roughly 10 hours before the state's midnight constitutional deadline to adopt a budget.

Humana to buy Metropolitan Health subsidiary
